What information does the Government have on you? |
PURPOSE: To
obtain your Confidential
Government Files from Federal, State or Local agencies in
order to verify, correct or
remove information from your public records. Under
the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act the Government must respond, and
provide you
access to, and/or copies of, your personal files.

| SERVICE: Simply, select
the above button for each agency you want to file a search
request. For Federal agencies not listed, or
to search a State or Local agency please submit an email inquiry to foia@foia.com . G2U
will generate for you, in accordance with relevant and applicable laws, a formal
Request
letter that you will forward to each selected government agency. This
Request letter is signed by you, and serves as the legal vehicle which obligates the Government to search
it's files, and produce all responsive records identified to you. |

does NOT maintain copies of your personal government files.
IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ANYONE TO POSSESS OR HAVE UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR GOVERNMENT
FILES. Only you are entitled to review or obtain copies of these files. |

agency search letter is $25.00; and $5.00 per each additional agency letter. The
Request letters and applicable instructions will be sent to you by US mail. |
